It's also speaking to me in simple moments of hopefulness - the birdsongs as I put together my spring bulb planter garden, validating my efforts to cultivate beauty in the future. The small, random kindnesses of strangers, assuring me that there are lots of good people in the world. An unexpected, cosmic hug, reminds me that I am seen and appreciated. Moments like these come, like a tap on the shoulder saying "Hey you. Slow down. Take a breath. Do what you can. Keep going."
And so, I continue.
Today's Haiku
Tomorrow's flowers
Starting off in the darkness
Grow toward the sun
